Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement concerning the provision of Transportation Services (“The Service”) between you (“The Client”) and Premier Cars Reading. (“The Company”)

Any changes sought by the customer to these terms and conditions shall not be binding unless previously agreed in writing by the Company.


Premier Cars Reading means Miracle Taxis t/a Premier Cars Reading.

Premier Cars Reading is a taxi and private hiremanagement Company. Working at all times with its clients as an agency to provide a safe and reliable transportation method for the end user.


Based upon the information provided by you (“The Client”) to Premier Cars Reading (“The Company”) The Company will either email or verbally agree with you a quotation for the specified journey (“The Service”). Premier Cars Reading reserve the right to amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original itinerary, the number of passengers, or the type of vehicle required. Premier Cars Reading shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from your failure to provide Premier Cars Reading with correct information at the time of placing the booking.


When booking airport transfers we recommend that you the client, allow sufficient travel time, to arrive for the airline check-in cut off time. Premier Cars Reading shall not be responsible for any delay or loss caused by your failure in not allowing enough time to reach your destination.Or should the passengers not be ready for collection at the prescribed booked time.

You must order a suitable vehicle size for the number of passengers and luggage,including folding wheelchairs or walking aids to be transported. Premier Cars Reading cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note:- children no matter what age, will count as one passenger.

Premier Cars Reading will always check for updates and flight delaysbefore the driver leaves for airport collections, but can only rely on the current information as supplied by the airlinewebsite services.

Cash Payments:

None account client payments can be made either by Cash,Credit orDebit Cards. Surcharges will apply on card transactions.

All car parking charges shall be paid on the day of collection by the customer to the driver.
The company is registered with the Information’s Commissioner’s Office. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Receipts for journeys paid by cash can be obtained from the driver on completion of the booking. The drivers are self-employed and therefore any receipt as provided will not be inclusive of VAT or have the same added.
If requested a full receipt can be emailed direct to you. Please note that an emailed receipt can take up to 48 hours.

Account Clients:

Premier Cars Reading works with its clients to ensure that the services are delivered as per the requirements of the customer. The customer agrees to pay Premier Cars for all journeys provided by the company on an account basis. Invoices shall be due and payable 30 days from date of invoice. Invoices will be raised weekly or monthly as prescribed during the initial account set up.

Prices for services are quoted exclusive of VAT which shall be charged at the rate prevailing, at the relevant tax point.

Failure to pay within the period specified shall entitle the company or its agents to pursue the clientregarding late payment.And to charge costs and expenses incurred in recovering any late payment.And to charge interest at the rate then in force pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as at the due date or on the above rate whichever is the greater.

Invoice Disputes:

In the unlikely event of a disputed invoice arising, notice must be given to the company within 14 days of the invoice date of such dispute. In the event of no such notification being received by the company, the customer shall accept the invoiced amount as being properly due and shall not be entitled to dispute the invoice.
General Conduct:

Eating and drinking in the vehicles is not permitted. All children travelling should be restrained in a manner that complies with the laws and regulations at the time. Wherever possible suitable child seats should be supplied by the client. If required these can be held at the company’s offices for a pre booked, return booking. Premier Cars Reading will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows.

Should the need arise the Company reserves the right to levy soiling charges for valeting purposes, along with any vehicle down time.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.


Premier Cars Reading shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Premier Cars Reading be liable for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss. You shall indemnify Premier Cars Reading against all losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party.


Premier Cars Reading will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk.Violence or abuse will not be tolerated. No refunds will be given for such journeys terminated part way through the hire.In such events the full fare will be due to the driver or will be invoiced against an account client.

Customer Service:

In the unlikely event of anyissues arising, please contact the booking team immediately, who will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.If a satisfactory resolution is not met, you can leave your name and contact details with the booking team and a member of the management will contact you during normal office hours.
